Let’s explore The Rest:

Rest is an essential ingredient of good health.

There are many types of rest. Sleep is just one of many types that our body needs to rest.

1/PHYSICAL REST Sleep, napping, gentle regular movement, massage, sensual touch, Lovemaking

2/EMOTIONAL REST: Creation of authentic emotional awareness and clear boundaries

3/MENTAL REST: Focus, concentration and clarity on what one does in NOW

4/SPIRITUAL REST: Finding meaning and purpose

5/ SOCIAL REST: Evaluating relationships that are meaningful and nurturing for all, while re-calibrating and maintaining clear boundaries

6/SENSORY REST: Being aware of our surrounding through the senses

7/ CREATIVE REST: People are most creative around the water and nature, and/or when surrounded by the colour Blue

Only when we are rested, we can review and build on other important lifestyle habits.
