 Welcome to a supportive space for women going through perimenopause – a challenging phase that often takes us by surprise. As a medical professional, I've had the privilege of helping countless patients, but it was my personal journey that ignited my passion for perimenopausal women's health.

My name is Ivana. I am a medical doctor (GP) with health coaching and counselling skills. I provide a personalised approach to your health.

I bring a comprehensive understanding of women's health, mental well-being, positive psychology, and lifestyle medicine to my consultations. With a background in General Practice, a special interest in Women's Health, a Diploma in Obs&Gyne, and certification as a Health Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Physician, I've spent three decades caring for individuals' primary health needs.

As a General Practitioner, my journey into perimenopausal health was driven by a deep-seated passion to address a longstanding gap in women's healthcare. Over the years, I witnessed firsthand the marginalization and misunderstanding surrounding women's health, particularly during the transitional phase of perimenopause. This pivotal stage has often been overlooked and misunderstood, leaving countless women to navigate its challenges without professional support and compassionate understanding. Recognizing the pressing need for a new approach, I immersed myself in the evolving science of perimenopausal health. With each passing year, I've witnessed significant strides in our understanding of this complex stage of life, fueled by groundbreaking research and clinical insights. By focusing on perimenopausal health, I aim to empower women with the knowledge, resources, and compassionate care they deserve, ushering in a new era of comprehensive women's healthcare.

My passion stems from the profound sense of empathy and understanding that my journey has gifted me. I'm driven to help women at the crossroads of their health journey during perimenopause. I believe every woman deserves to transition into the third stage of life with confidence, health, and a regained sense of autonomy. I witnessed that the transition can lead to discovering an even greater joy in experiencing and living life with a more profound sense of calm wisdom and control over one's health.

Once we've pinpointed the areas that need change, we'll embark on a health coaching/therapy journey tailored to your unique circumstances.

Your goals could be managing chronic health conditions, managing stress and mood issues, maintaining good health by changing established maladaptive lifestyle habits or achieving even better, more enjoyable health. The process is collaborative, respectful, and focused on your expertise in your body, mind, and life, complemented by my three decades of medical experience.
